Well since this overall category is called ideas and feedback, and since I'm not sure if there's a subcategory for feedback, i'll put it here and it can be moved if there is one.
I just noticed, so not sure how long it's been there, but the This day in History thing on the homepage, that's pretty cool!
I'm sure not everyone likes history as much as me, but it's still cool! lol, good job.

Yeah, I always like random information like that. Stuff that I can apply to absolutely nothing in my life, but fun none the less.

It's new..... I just added it either last night, or the night before (I think last night!). If enough people like it, I can add more to it but I didn't want to make it too large.

Actually, that is a good idea, now that I think about it. Maybe have like 1, 2, and 3 point questions... Or even just 1 and 2. Maybe for some of the longer, or more odd questions could have more points associated with them. Well, I don't even know if that possible, but I think it would be a good idea...

i dont know if anyone has offered this idea yet as i have not read all of them nor do i care to, but before more questions are added to the bots, i think someone needs to go through the old ones and correct all the spelling and spacing errors. i have seen people get sniped because they knew the answer, but the bots spelling of the answer was incorrect. We have a system in place where some members have access to the command .wrong and they type the correct answer right behind it. The difficulty we have in upating and editing the question file is that Chalupa is the only one with access to it. He has made many changes to the file that I have noticed over the past few months, however, with his recent increase in work commitments progress in this area will be minimal.

cool. thanks for the explanation. maybe the solution is to provide more people with the correct access to make changes? 2 heads is better than one... especially when the first on is preocupied biting other nails. SweetNSexy Cheers!

Cause it can not be done with this bot. I am still thinking about programming the other Mod bots to run better trivia and then I could easily do that. Plus, the Mod bots are alot more stable although as of now, the backup has been crashing during trivia for some reason lately.

ok this is probably a bad suggestion, but if this current trivia bot is a bit outdated, then can't you go find a newer bot with a larger question file and a whole pile of snazzy commands?

Alright, I just wasn't sure if there could be mulitple points per question.
And it would be kind of pointless to get a new bot now that Chalupa has put all that work into the current one. Unless there's a new one that's just absolutely much, much better...

ok this is probably a bad suggestion, but if this current trivia bot is a bit outdated, then can't you go find a newer bot with a larger question file and a whole pile of snazzy commands? And do you think Walmart has one? How many "new" bnet trivia bots do you think are being made? There are really only two trivia bots for Bnet and that is 55 which fire1000 uses- but it sucks and notice not as many people play his, and the other is the one I am using. Neither have the option to give more points, and they don't come with new, big question files. Most people that want any decent amount of questions have to compile a list of question files together, like I have done. Chalupa

is there any way to have 2 answers for a question? seperate answers? because some of the questions say give either of 2, but only accept 1.

If I use the Mod bots to host the trivia, then I would be able to do all that stuff since I would be programming it. Some of the trivia files I use had multiple answers but I had to remove them for my bot to work with the file which will suck If I make an option for multiple answers. Most of the multiples were like : 1*one
Stuff like that.
We will see. I'm working on so many projects right now that I don't really have time to program the bots. The last thing I did was the Spam Detection but haven't had time since.
