I'm really appreciative of the fact that we don't have to know what we are praying for, God knows whats going on anyway. That's one of the good things of christianity. I know that there are a lot of non-christians on this board, but for the ones that are christians, we can at least talk about our faith on this board.

I've said many prayers not knowing what I was praying for. God is an all-knowing God, and he will take care of what you said! I know you know that, but just to reaffirm anyway.

I'll sometimes take a walk with God and talk with him, whether its over a situation that just happened, or just to simply talk with him. You feel better once you've done that because his spirit surrounds you, and comforts you. Thats whats so exciting about the presence of God.

BTW, whatever problem that you, or your friend is facing (was that your prayer quote, or someone elses?) God will provide. He always has and always will.

You can never tell when God will work miracles, because it's sometimes never clear.

I'm going through a situation with one of my friends and his girlfriend. In the past she has had multiple boyfriends at the same time, and never broke up with the other ones. She's had suicidal thoughts.

One of the things that drove her to this state was because she had like 4 grandmothers and a grandfather die, and she was very close to them. (I don't know how she had that many, but I think its because when she meets a friend that is nice to her, that person and their parents, or grandparents "automatically" become hers too. Not sure if thats the case but it's a reasonable hypothesis.)

I don't think she's able to stay in one relationship and not touch her EXes. Because she's done that before. Even had sex with other people while still in a relationship with this person.

I pray (and would like you too) that she understands that she needs to stay with one person and one person only.
