I'm not totally for sure, but the script scr= points to ../shoutbox.php, yet the page that i linked to was .../shoutbox2.php. Maybe go into your footer/header page in the admin panel (don't ask me how i know, because I have my own forums), and change the code so it links to .../shoutbox.php instead of shoutbox2.php :)
