(So we all know I seldom post here, and I check even less often. This place seems rather dead, so here's a new thread for you.)
Anyways... A few days ago, for reasons unknown, I decided to delete all the movies from my hard drive. And now you're thinking, WTF they're just movies... True. But I love movies. They're my soul and passion. Movies and music. In the end I deleted about a whopping 200 gigabytes worth of movies, save for a few of the ones I hadn't watched yet and ones I'd been seeding (torrenting term). I probably won't care anymore in a few days, but damn, 200 gigs, I didn't even realize I had that many until I went to delete them. I feel like I have lost a part of me.
So to make this more discussable (word?), ever do anything and later end up regretting it or wishing you hadn't done it? Not little things, but things that seem important to you. I'm sure people have more interesting stories than deleting 200 gigabytes worth in movies.
(That's my contribution for today... I'll be checking back next week... Hahahahaha...ha...)

You sound as if you're a motherboard who's been forced to choose between siamese twin memory sticks. Why delete 'em? I regret quite a few things, but better not to dwell on it longer than to learn from the situation. Atleast you can download them again, can't undo somethings. May discuss more , if my therapist, lawyer and love guru clear me to speak on such issues.

Mostly because I was running out of hard drive space. Why not delete them? The OP was meant to be tongue-in-cheek. It wasn't meant to be taken seriously. I had just watched Dawn of the Dead, I guess the movie was still on my mind. Obviously I have done things more regrettable than deleting movies.

Naughta, I was saying.. as long as he didn't delete that one. Yea, I loved that movie, even though I'm not a big zombie movie fan. A true 'new classic'.

At least you only deleted yours. I got the antivirus xp 2009 and couldnt scrub all my files. I lost about 150G. Gutted. On the brightside i was able to save alot of it and got rid of the virus.
I personally would have kept the films and bought another hdd. I couldnt live without my music and film downloads.

yeah if i suddenly had to go out and redownload all 8000 songs i have (and counting) id be pissed.... but similarly, i quit diablo back in 2006 and finally gave away my gear (8 full chars or more, and i mean full shit, not just semi good gear) and deleted the char and let the account expire last november, about a month before i started playing triviahost, where anyone who plays diablo could have gotten my godly gear.... so i guess that one sucks more for you guys than me
