So last night.. or more like early this morning.. Mr. Hotchiles and I came across a trivia question that didn't seem to make an ounce of sense. Maybe because it was late, maybe because of the beer I was guzzling down. Of course, being the headstrong, persistent and arrogant bastard that I am, I decided to venture on a quest to solve this problem, save the universe, and bring balance to the Force.
The question is as follows (paraphrased): Tricky: If 1=3, 2=3, 3=5, 4=4, then 5+6=?
We all know that I am a complete dumbass, so maybe you smart people can help solve this one.
Try solving it and see if you get the right answer, which is...
5+6=7 Yep.

If 1=3, 2=3, 3=5, 4=4, then 5+6=? Since 1 and 2 equal 3, 1 must equal 2. since 3 = 5, 1 and 2 must also equal 5. So: 1 = 2, 1 = 3, 1 = 5, 2 = 3, 2 = 5, 4 = 4 If we reverse it: 2 = 1, 3 = 1, 5 = 1, 3 = 2, 5 = 2, 4 = 4 6 = 4 + 2 = 4 + 1 = 5 5 = 2 5 + 2 = 7
That is my guess. Hopefully someone smarter can actually solve it.
