I'm in psychology right now and we've been talking about how a parent's life can influence the child's personality. So here's my question: What do your parents do for a living?
My father is retired as of a year ago, he worked for a branch of Ford. My mother was a secretary and a teacher before I was born.

My mom is an assistant to the principal in the elementary school on campus. She's not really computer literate, so she has to call me up and ask me how to do certain things.
my dad works in the revelation department on our campus. He's a writer too. Wrote over 19 books and 100 scholarly articles for various christian newsletters. He's kind of famous in my opinion. He's going to do a broadcast on 3ABN in early january. Phoenix, maybe you can catch him if you have that channel.

My mother is a retired elementary school teacher and my father is a once-retired and working again intelligence analyst for the NSA (if you have to ask what that organization is, then they don't exist, and you should stop asking what they are). I don't know exactly what he does...all I do know is that he and his coworkers get a huge kick out of all the movie/television depictions of the NSA assassinating foreign rulers, and having all kinds of advanced technology that they use to secretly control the world. I'm fairly sure all they do is keep track of Lost's porno stash...that's a full time job for the NSA's 20,000+ employees.
