well thanx gray for telling me...i guess this can be a thread for people who dont know about sc 2 then.. i read some of the comments from the other thread and yes there is a hint of command and conquer in it cuz it has the upgrade thingo and the same sound effects as C&C in that respect.. But overall i think it's kinda rubbish....nothing can replace the original..

I didn't see anything "new" in the video, exactly. There were no new or different units, the terrain seemed pretty much the same, and all the sounds/voices were the same.
The only thing different about it was the 3-D adaptation of the original Starcraft.

well i only watched the clip a couple of times but there was definately one thing i noticed..that command and conquer sound effect from red alert 2 when someone upgades..and the picture it displays when they upgrade so i am a little confused as to why C&C would be mixed into it in a SC game..

From what I know SC2 is supposed to come out in 2008. Or maybe it's 2010. Anyways, in a couple years.

Anyways, it says that so far, most video clips are from modifications of WC3. I'm not sure, but we'll see indeed Pheonix.
All I can tell you (thats for real) is that if SC2 is being made, blizz is not working on it. It's other companies.
