One way or another, Barry Bonds has taken steroids.
I'll admit, he's still a damn good hitter, since steriods won't help you hit the ball any better, it just adds more power.
Hey, as long as the Giants keep losing, alright by me!
P.S. Opening Day!

I hate Barry Bonds so much, I admit though he is a good hitter, but if he didn't use roids he wouldn't have hit 700, more like 500, but still a hall of famer.

The sad thing is, Bonds was a hall of famer based on statistics that, in my humble opinion, were more impressive than hitting the ball a mile. He was a member of the 40/40 club for several years, which is more impressive, to me, than bashing 70 in a season...it takes a lot more ability to be able to beat out a throw for 40 steals AND hit a decent amount of dingers than to just "Sock a few dingers" as McGuire put it on the Simpsons. Honestly, I think Bonds started seeing guys like Mark, was miffed at his lack of publicity, and juiced up to compete. If we had a commissioner with spine, I'd love to see Barry kept out of the hall of fame (Pete Rose deserves it more than Barry does), but fat chance of that...

Like annoyed put it, the guy is still a hall of famer, regardless of his steroid use. But all you gotta do is compare a picture/trading card of Bonds in the mid-late 90's up to as recent as a few years ago. MASSIVE difference in his body mass. Sure, you can get buff naturally, and of course, the guy had to do his fair share of working out to get the way he is. But, THAT much? No, illegal supplements were used in some point in his now tarnished, forever asterisk-ridden career.

Don't even look at his body, look how big his head is now and back then. People at that age dont have that big a head compared to when someone is like 25.
