Who do you think will win the super bowl now that wild card week is over?
I say Patriots, who will beat Carolina in the Super Bowl

If Denver had home field throughout, they would be my pick. The Pats will not beat Denver at home, and the Colts will shimmy by the Broncos at their palace.
NFC, 4 very legitimate teams. Bears need more offense. The Panthers are too streaky. I really wanna say the hot Skins but I think the Seahawks are too much for them.
Prediction: Colts vs Seahawks Winner: Seahawks

i agree that the seahawks have a good chance in the nfc, but the patriots are just too good, especially since they are getting healthier
and ... the colts have been struggling lately

But thats all it is. In the past. The Broncos are difficult as hell to beat at home (I know, Im a Chiefs fan) Dude, the Colts have been sitting their starters the last two. They are struggling...with their 2nd stringers. My only fear is rust for the Colts. After the first game, they will shake it off and go to the Superbowl.

I just can't see the seahawks winning a super bowl. I know it's likely.... it's just that..... yeah I didn't see it coming the last few years and it's too much in my face at the moment! But yeah they're kicking ass

steelers will win overall better team, and play much better defense period.

Much better defense? Since when?
Since all the ESPN analysts started talking about how great that Polamalu guy is since that interception? Where was the talk during the season? I'll give credit to them and Joey Porter though. Quality players.
But Seattle's D is just as prominent...if not more so. They have a guy by the name of Lofa Tatupu, whos a rookie by the way, and has led the Seattle D in tackles in about half(if not most) of their games. Compare them. You will see they are pretty even.
Heres a simple breakdown: QB: Advantage: Pittsburgh: Though Seattle has more experience at QB, Big Ben has proven to be a clutch in the playoffs.
RB: Advantage: Seattle: Shaun Alexander. MVP. Nuff Said.
WR: Advantage: Seattle: But Pits fans say what about Hines Ward, Heath Miller, and Randle El. I say Hines Ward is all you have. Miller was hot early but it nowhere near that now and Randle El is streaky and inconsistent as WR. Now healthy Darrell Jackson, Jurevicus, Stevens among others serve a more meaty WR core.
DEF: Advantage: No Line: Read above.
K: Advantage: Dont Care: I hope it doesnt come down to this.
To this, I still pick Seattle. One because I shall not flip-flop on my decision no matter what the line is or what those idiots in Vegas think they know, and two, they are not a NUMBER 1 SEED for no reason.

Theyre number one seed for best record And no, im not saying they have a good defense just because everyone talks about how good polomalu is Pittsburgh has one of the best, if not the best, linebacking group in the NFL ( yes tatupu may be just as good as them, but, thats one person ) and polomalu is the best ( argue if you want ) strong ( i think ) safety in the NFL roethlisberger is clutch in the playoffs, and is strong and big enough to stay in the pocket and deliver when he needs to ( not saying anything against hasselbeck ) seattle does hold the advantage at the receiver position hands down, which should come up late in the game yes shaun alexander is better than any of the steelers' running backs, but jerome bettis can pound it out when needed, and willie parker can break the long ones ( not too often, but he can ), but the running game is pretty even all around all of that said, it should be a good game, and a good one to watch I just hope there's good refs

I'll give credit to them and Joey Porter though. Quality players. Polamalu doesn't often get the credit he deserves because he plays all over the field. I think you will see some big plays today from Polamalu and Seattle will be trying to figure out where he is lined up most of the game. Chalupa
