Anyone here watch hockey? Talk about offseason signings, post about your favorite teams, and discuss games here if you do.

I stopped following hockey a long time ago and therefore have no idea what the teams are like now.

On the west coast, I know Canucks will be good, they'll make playoffs again, maybe go further. Edmonton could raelly turn things around this season with the couple high profile players they signed, and Calgary, if they improve a bit, could easily get into and do well in the playoffs. Anaheim won't suck, but i don't think they're the kind of team to win multiple cups in a row San Jose and Dallas should be good, Dallas especially when they play vancouver because they use the same game style. Colorado could be good, they gotta keep consistent though, as they were struggling at the end, whether they'd make the playoffs. Minnesota is almost always decent. That's about all i have to say, east cost I know nothing about.

Wow, I love the Sharks. I'm certain they'll win plenty of regular season games, but they need to be resilient in the playoffs. Been quite disappointed the past two years, which coincidentally have been their only playoff runs that I've followed closely.
Soo... how about that Semenov guy?
Colorado and LA have the most chance of improving in the West imo. Not that keen on Edmonton's signings since Souray has questionable defensive ability and Penner wasn't the best part of his line. I hope Anaheim crashes and burns.
Can't wait until training camp and preseason, then regular season. Mmm...
