since i am new how do u become like a junior member then a full memeber then senior and all that stuff?

It's all to do with how many posts you have. I'm not sure of the exact break downs, but I think after 15 is the first one (with the bot access). And as you can see with 51 posts your a full member. So its all about posting.

Uhh no, moderator is not a position you get at a certain amount of posts. However, in order to be a moderator sometime down the line, you would have to be active in the channel and on the website (with posts).

Some where between 200-250, I believe. Barn-Barn has about 260+ posts and hes a senior member.
