see prone the thing about facts... is you arent the one who decides if you want them to be true or not... they are called FACTS for a reason
and calling us stupid, may not be your best and most subtle move, prone...
anyhow, why dont we discuss canadian politics as well in here? since i cant really contribute to this discuss because my knowledge on american politics is limited, and I won't try to make up facts or bs my way through it, but on canadian politics, it would be interesting to hear some american perspectives, although I may have some idea already of what they are, and please if you dont have any clue, just... yea

The building of parleament was a notable attraction. I found it quite interesting that the catholics used two smoke signals for the elections.

We don't talk about Canadian politics because no one really cares about Canada. The Canoodles were too busy drinking maple syrup and watching hockey to care that there was an RBOBOLUTION going on, so he's in power up there forever.
Anyways..
Best Rep: McCain. He was a soldier and doesn't take bullshit from people. He knows how to fight a war; he was an ace, for god's sake. Probably the best candidate in about 50 years.
Best Dem: N/A. There is no such thing as a good socialist. Well, other than a dead one. But if I must, I'd say Edwards has a good chance. Don't even joke about Hillary taking the oval office; she has no soul. And no woman has the logical capacity to fight a war. No offence, you estrogen machines just don't think like that.

But the thing about women and war is absolutely true.

Women would either not war at all, or war over the stupidest and most insignificant possible things.

First off, Porsche... exalted.
Secondly, I wouldn't mind seeing McCain/Giuliani for Republican and Clinton/Obama for Democrat.

I dunno, I'm not exactly a radical conservative so it's not like I'd shoot myself if a Dem was elected, but I have a feeling that I'd head the "Anyone but Hillary Clinton" campaign at college next year, for reasons already mentioned by others in this thread. Obama and Edwards are OK, but I'd want Obama because he has obviously shown that he has a good sense of humor and lots of personality, as proven by this clip from Monday Night Football when he made the vital announcement. youtube.com/watch?v=8WJsuM19-8c&mode=related&search=
