After a question is asked, can we get like the format the answer should be in?
for example: Q: What is the youngest a person needs to be to become President of the United States?(in letters) A: thirty-nine

The format is fine the way it is. Actually I like it that way. It says "Ownage by (username) for (blah blah blah points, streak, whatever).
I don't think its going to change.
Its up to the boss!

I'm assuming you are only talking about answers that could either be in numerical or alphabetic format. There is no firesafe way to know what format the answer will be in unless it is stated in the question, such as your example exemplifies. However, in order to do this, these must be someone willing to go over the entire question file, which I don't even know how large it is anymore. Probably atleast 5x that of any other triviabot on b.net. Doom did this and fixed a lot, being the self-proclaimed perfectionist that he can be. I don't know why the number questions still exist in the first place but that is besides the point.
The only methods you can use to correctly guess the format of the answer is to correlate the amount the answer will likely ask for with either numerical/alphabetic standing.
For example, the answer three/3 will likely be typed out in letters while the answer forty nine/49 is about half and half. However, once the amount gets back into the hundreds, the bot has a tendency(which is really the incorrect word to use since the bot knows exactly what the answer will be and in what form) to have the answer in word format.
To recap: 1~20 = words 21~99 = half words/half numbers 100 ~ infinity = words
Basically, your best bet is to try writing out the number before going on a spam binge with the actual numbers. But you know, the HINT is always helpful in deciphering this problem.
