Clarify, are you eating donut(s) on someone's stomach or eating them with your own stomach being devoid of food.

Ok then
if it's 1) Eating donuts on someone else's empty stomach than you can eat infinite donuts on the stomach
2) If it's your own stomach that is devoid of all food then you could only eat one donut because then your stomach is no longer empty.
But then again, with all the gastric juices and the mucus membrane, your stomach is never truly empty.

Actually, you can eat as many donuts as you can swallow at once, which might not even be one, if your stomach is devoid of food.

A full donut at once isn't that hard if you chew it well enough. Two at once, though, is a feat I've yet to accomplish.
