un-freakin-believable... America may be the most powerful nation in the world right now but it is also the dumbest... legalizing guns..who's dumb idea was that in the first place...after all these massacres...the US government still has no clue.. Shame on you...
my deepest condolences to the victims and friends and family of victims...shame on the murderer, he could have just taken his own sorry ass life but chose to go to hell by taking 33 others with him.. dinosaurs died out naturally..but for humans...something so much more tragic....

At least we don't have people constantly running around blowing themselves up with bombs strapped to their chests like some countries...
But, yes. Tragedy abound in Virginia. Doesn't make sense that someone would take lives like that, let alone the lives of random people with bright futures ahead of them.

Some countries? I think it's base just Iraq you're talkin' about with the strapping of the bombs to themselves. They handle everything with self suicide bombing, that's within their politics. People don't even take it seriously anymore because they do it so much. Retards.
Ummm WOAH, America's retarded, legalizing guns, after such a tragedy. Do they WANT more people to succumb to such dirty, low levels? Jeez.

Okay first off, America is a pretty damn big country, and there's bound to be quite a few psychotic people. Secondly, he used an automatic weapon, which is still illegal in America. Plus, the guy was an ex-socialist from South Korea, NOT an American. He locked the door and was very comfortable with his weapon, which suggests that he was practicing and had a plan. The man obviously had some kind of vendetta.
These kinds of things aren't America's fault, they're the fault of the assholes who commit the crimes. Every country has its criminals, ours just happen to be showcased lately because of our international standing, and if you honestly think that the government is just sitting by and dismissing these events as unimportant, that shows just how ignorant you are.
The right to bear arms is a very important American right, and the problem is that the media focuses on negatives, not positives. There are millions of cases where guns save lives each year, yet no one sees that; they only see when there's a robbery or a murder - things that are usually pre-meditated and would involve guns even if they were illegal.
...and I'm fairly certain Peon was talking about England, whose many security measures have still failed to stop the attacks.

Well, they certainly don't seem to be doing any better at controlling this mishaps. I'm not ignorant. I just like many others, think that the legal system in America sucks balls (like many other places of course)... but it's like kind of to an idiotic extent. I just feel they could do a better job with keeping a better control on certain things. But yeah hell yea, it's the psychotic people who are at fault, but like WHY and HOW do they become psychotic? Well one possibility is that they're pissed of with the state of America's politics. It's f**king riddiculous. If I was a f**king tard, I'd probably go all psychotic for that reason too. It angers me just htinking about the stupid things Bush and his little minions do.

You do realize that we in Canada do have legal gun sales too right? 7 million guns in Canada. Plus the guy bought his guns in March, meaning the "waiting" period had no effect and the guy had a month to plan his massacre. The laws could be tougher, but it would probably not deter those people who really want to do damage.
Suicide bombers exist in pretty much the entire Middle East, not just Iraq.
Tim McVeigh was American and killed over 190 people with a giant truck bomb a decade ago.
Either way, it sucks what happened.

Well... there aren't suicide bombers in Iran actually. There is a facist ruler CURRENTLY since the Revolution that occurred, buuuut besides that, they aren't really into the whole suicide bombing thing.
And yeah, I know Canada has legalized guns, but that doesn't mean I agree with it. I think it's stupid that America is doing it because it's a retarded law. That's all.
Yeah people who want to do something, well, whatever it is, they can do it. Crazy shit happens everyday across the world. But as a "civilized" country (America), I am not too fond of, I mean they pretty much gave ALL of the Middle East a shitful name. It's pretty much only Iraq that is mostly crazed.

Even though our governmental system is widely renowned as one of the best if not THE best form of government, and our court system has been the basis of those of many other countries....
Yet those who claim to hate Bush now voted with him in 2001. They voted with him all the way up to the point where they realized that this conflict wouldn't be over in a few years, even though they knew very well that politics is not a quick fix type of thing. If you hate the war, then yes, that's Bush's doing. If you hate things like lack of Gun Control, lax laws, and crime, blame CONGRESS. The president doesn't pass laws, congress does. So, those "minions" you talked about are actually the Democratic Party, which I gather you would subscribe to were you given the choice.
People peg Bush and the Republicans as evil while they say the Democrats are saints for what they're doing now, but don't forget that those saints helped to start everything in the first place.
You say it angers you when Bush does something evil, but it angers me even more when people don't realize that it's not so simple as "I feel like ruining lives today".

What the f**k ever. I just think it's all bullshit. I'm not a fan of Bush or the f**king American CONGRESS. I don't blame all of them. But SOME of their laws are bull and every choice Bush has made is retarded and OBVIOUSLY, the majority of the population is retarded for voting him. There is talk however that many people weren't allowed the chance to vote and were told to go to a different riding or section or whatever the hell you call it down there - and when they got their, they were told they couldn't vote. That's a hell of a lot of people apparently, says my family who lives down in the states in various areas and their friends too, not to mention the stats, although I don't know the numbers cause I don't really care too much. I'm just saying. Politics all over the world are f**king corrupt down to the roots. They're selfish bastards, and the ones who think that violence will solve things - well they should go to Hell and very much will do so when they die - f**kers.

Well I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree with just about everything you just said right there, but I'm not going to pursue it because this is getting a bit too heated and I'd rather not burn bridges.

I'm not really a Bushist, I'm more of a realist. Most people are influenced by the media; I actually check up on politics through real, unbiased sources that give ALL the facts, not just the ones which will get good ratings. Bush isn't doing as poorly as everyone might think. He's still a stubborn jackass, but I feel he's treated unreasonably poorly. I still blame him for quite a few things, but people need to realize the blame isn't centralized only on him.
