Now when they remove the tattoo, is there still an outline of where it used to be or what? Is it literally removed and you can't tell it was there?

I had the guy at the tattoo shop draw this for me. It did hurt a bit when he got close to my pinky toe but he was really fast.
Dx- I think it depends on what method you use to remove your tats. I chose Lazer treatment. It can be pricey but worth it. I also chose a lower "voltage" therefore took a couple extra times but it left me absolutely no scarring. I had one on my neck that I was very nervous about having a scar left but I have nothing. Not even discoloration of skin. I have one on my wrist that can use one more treatment but you can only see it if you look extra extra close. you would have to know that it was there. The rest are completely gone...Lazer is the bomb. Just expensive.
