Ok, I finally got off my lazy ass (what with accepting a grad school, and work) and got around to EVERY correction since I last did this, which was over a month ago. So now every correction prior to THIS message has been fixed. I either outright fixed it as you suggested in your post, or I deleted it entirely (like Gnome's flaggelation example, and the entire baby names category). I'll fire off an update of this to Chalupa on April 30th, so anything you want included in there better be in to me by then! Get back to work you slackers.

I made this suggestion in the channel however I am not sure that I explained it well enough. So I will post it here.
The recommendation I would make, although I am sure you won't like it since it will take a hell of a lot of effort, is removing the characters that cause the questions to not appear in the channel.
As you may have noticed 1 in approximately every 30 questions appears blank in the channel. The reason for this starcraft or other blizzard programs are not intended to transmit or decode unicode characters for whatever reason. That means any unusual characters such as: é ô à ý æ. It also includes any text that has been formatted in MS WORD and that will not change format when pasted into notepad.
When you paste the answer file back into notepad the vast majority of characters are converted to a format that will display on b.net. However, some characters do not behave so kindly, specifically apostrophes. There are multiple acceptable types of apostrophe in note pad and unfortunately notepad choses a type that does not work on b.net if those apostrophes were added in MS WORD. For example: If you wrote Bob’s in MS word, and Bob's in note pad. you can see how the apostrophe is different.
For each question if even one character is not formatted properly the entire message will not appear on b.net. (Although you can still see it if you are using a bot since they decode in windows which understands those characters.)
So yeah that is my suggestion to remove all of those curved apostrophes. But that would be a really tedious task. Enjoy :)

Is it possible to edit questions at the moment? Sure, it's always possible. Just depends on how lazy doom is whether it will actually get done or not.

In answer to your question Klitsch, it is possible at the moment. To borrow from Lost, I'm getting up off my lazy ass at the moment what with the break from school and doing some (limited) editing and adding. I'll go through the last few pages of this thread and see about fixing any that I didn't get to in my last spree. I'll also go through the most recent "add question" threads and add what's in them. If you spot any other errors you'd like to see corrected for January (I'll send this set out of corrections out sometime at the end of this month), let me know.
PS-I specifically went through tonight, 12/23, and got EVERY LAST Pope/John question, so you needn't mention those. It doesn't matter if it's Jackie Kennedy's audience with him, or how many there are, or the Shakespearen question about the Pope's legate, I got them ALL and I'm sure of it, so there's no need to mention it if you see one...that means YOU Lost, just in case you're thinking of being cute and doing so to piss me off.

She probably does...I'm fairly sure I corrected all those...and I sent a copy of the corrections to Chal, but I'm not sure he received it (e-mail difficulty). If he didn't, I'll try resending it from my apartment when I get home on the 4th of January, so hopefully G can update it even after the new contest starts. I'll check anyway to make sure it's not in there when I get home.
