Yea, you guys really showed me. That sounds like someone who is going to be responsible and follow the rules that are set out. You can see by the "king rbob" that he will easily be able to accept any decision put forth by authority. I don't know many self-proclaimed kings who listen to a higher authority, but thats just me.

RBOB has his mood swings. Though no matter what, just as long as you are nice to him, he will be nice towards you. As for that quote of his, it is just a joke. It is his way of justifying his "RBOB" personna. If you open minded and talk to him on his level, you will see that he is actually interesting to talk to.
