It's a "mac hater" avatar. If you can't read the avy, it says "internet explorer for mac" with a big slash. I hate it when mac tries to implement windows products, it just shows that windows is better

No, it was for your current avatar. Macs don't even use Internet Explorer anymore. On June 13, 2003 Microsoft announced it would stop developing IE for Macs, and as of January 31, you can no longer download it for a Mac.

And the idea that a Mac having a Windows program on it "shows that windows is better" is just silly.

I concur. Once Apple got their own internet browser up and running, I doubt there was serious demand for others, and even if there was, most users probably chose Netscape or a non-Microsoft alternative.
