Did someone try to load the channel again?

Just is this speculation from the info gathered, but the bot dropped and when it reloaded began mass banning most everyone that was in the channel at that time, and the reason given was Loading though no one was actually doing so at that time. I suppose once the logs are reviewed, a more legit reason can be discussed.
