I ordered a new Processor yesterday which arrives on Friday. If that was the problem, then it looks like I will be running again this weekend. If that was NOT the problem, then "THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!".... and I will need to order a new Motherboard.

Intel Pentium 4 3.0E Prescott 800MHz FSB Socket 478 Processor with Hyper-Threading Support, which is the same as what I had. It seemed like the best bet still after reading the reviews.

Perfect! Because I got the deal where they came in a nifty all-in-one tool. You'd be surprised how often a picture, and invoice, and my toothbrush are needed all together!
