well...considering that you yourself just went off topic...
ok maybe you had the right to be confused. I wasnt simply referring to this topic. And the reason i said dont make me repeat myself to chalupa is because there was another person off topic in a different topic and chalupa only told me to get back on...
and again to not get off topic
This is Canadian Politics, I'll acknowledge, but I think Paul Martin is doing the best he can right now with all the hype about the Gomery Inquiry. It is true that he was Minister of Finance when it actually happened, so he bears a part of the responsibilty for the missing money, but I think that the Gomery Inquiry will in the end sort it all out. Plus its nice to know that there will be an election maximum 30 days after the official report. If people have the evidence to elect someone else, then it will be justifyable. But yea, its amazing to me how the NDP will stand up for the Liberals in the midst of this...
anyways...

sry rabid i dont know much in depth about candian politics so i can't really comment
how about this theory: Micheal Moore is secretly a Bush supporter. His horrible propeganda films are just a secret ploy to make the Democrats look bad.

I would rather have him as a Democrat since I think he does so much damage to the party. But I think he really is a left wing extremist and like most Librals, they are so out of touch with reality. Maybe those liberals are thinking the exact same thing about the party you support, not you, just the party you supprt...
now dont take offense to that cuz i said maybe. and it is a hypothetical situation so its just like an imaginary little scene that doesnt exsist and makes no grounds to kill rabid_gecko
but a different perspective on things
might not even be accurate
but then again those liberals might be rolling on the floor laughing their f**king asses off at what the other people think.. but that is hypothetical too. you can like pretend it doesnt exsist, or to a better point, doesnt aim any form of any offense in any way shape or form at chalupa. yea thats the best way to look at it

As long as they are not in office. They might want to care what other people think because it's the "other" people that had the voting power! Chalupa

But I think he really is a left wing extremist and like most Librals, they are so out of touch with reality. if i was old enough to vote I would sure as hell not vote for the pc's, or the liberals, if I was old enough to vote id vote for the ndp. I like how they are more of a provincial government, and they try to find what each province needs specifically, and then they deliver their best. maybe not the best government, but better than a lot

Chalupa lol no offense taken, I don't think that there are any truly strong political candidates/parties right now. rabid, even the ndp are a titch f**ked up, cuz theyre a form of the communist party, so I wouldn't know who to vote for.. probably not the liberals; thats for sure... and probably not the alliance; with their whole make us like the u.s(i swear no offense to people from the u.s, its just i kinda like it how it is in canada) but i dont know enuff about the conservatives ... one thing i found funny during last federal election- when they had Jack Layton (the front-running candidate for the NDP(New Democratic Party)) and his commercials to vote for the ndp, they had him with the shots of the sun behind him, giving him a glow, while they showed the old guys (paul martin and steven harper) in greyish tones yelling during a speech.... surely a man as 'angelic' as Jack Layton must have a dark side?!?!?! ----------greeny

[glow=red,2,300]Americans tune out now[/glow] Hmm well I think Canada has it great (what a sentence). Sure taxes are higher, but we get a good return on them. It's kinda funny how people will just look at the amount of money taken off their paycheck and will hate the government as a result, not thinking that it does take money to make our country as perfect as it is.
Having said that, I think that our constitution and major laws will continue that, so i don't really care who gets into office and their slight differences they will make.
As to the Gomery Inquiry, it really sounds like the liberals screwed things up. But I guess we'll have to wait and hear the full results and if our pm is guilty, he should be removed. [glow=red,2,300]Ok wake back up americans[/glow] But enough on Canadian stuff, the poor americans won't get any of it (since their not paying enough taxes for their schools!)
Just in regards to Moore, that guy makes the most biased movies. Again, since you americans probably don't know much about Canada, when he compared Canada with the US in Bowling for Columbine, lol none of the stuff he said about Canada was true. So that was pretty sad, makes me not believe what he said about the US.
