well usually if you give away a disc then usually you would have uninstalled it from your comp. anyway, usually you only get in trouble if the cd key is currently being used at that moment during online play.

Well what's the worst that could happen from that? I mean, you already have away your cd key, what are they gonna do, ban you from Starcraft? P.S. Lost after reading that thread about the grammar I've decided that I'm going to use grammar and spelling correctly from now on.

Well nothing would happen. However you would be in a bit of trouble if you both registered it. If you both still had it installed, nothing would happen, because he wouldn't have the cd to play it on anymore, therefore the cd key would never be in use at the same time. However, if the guy had burned the cd, and he was using the same key you are using, and he already had it on b.net, and you tried to log in to b.net, all that would happen is it would say that the cd key is already in use by "name here" and it wouldn't let you on b.net until the guy is done.
